Before You Make An Order Request..
Please keep in mind my Custom Order Guidelines:

Type of custom orders you can request. The sky is the limit! If you're not sure if I make what you want, simply ask using the form below.

Details. Try to give me as many details about what you want as possible so I can give you an accurate quote. If you have a picture or pattern, even better. If you don't know what type of yarn you want used, we can chat about this and I can send you some ideas!

Cost. I will give you a quote of your estimated custom order cost based on the cost of yarn, the time it takes to make it, and shipping costs (N/A if you live locally and can pick it up). If you are okay with the cost, I will send you a digital invoice with the full project cost. A deposit is due upfront in order for me to start ordering the materials and making your custom order, however we can negotiate what amount that deposit is to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Also not that the costs are non-refundable.

Time. Please plan ahead and allow 4-10 weeks for your custom order to be created and delivered. If there is a time-sensitive deadline such as a baby shower, orders can be rushed. Speaking of rush orders...

Rush Orders. A rush order can be requested, but that will be an additional cost based on the scope of the project, amount of notice I'm given, and the realistic capabilities of what I can do. If I'm not given enough notice (i.e. a baby blanket for a baby shower next week), I might have to decline your custom order request.
